3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Register for an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your account information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

  • Fulfill your obligations for accepted Campaigns
  • Maintain professional communication with Businesses
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities, such as purchasing fake followers or engagement

6. Business Obligations

As a Business, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your company and Campaigns
  • Pay Influencers as agreed for completed Campaigns
  • Provide clear guidelines and expectations for Campaigns
  • Not request Influencers to create content that violates laws or regulations
  • Maintain professional communication with Influencers
  • Respect Influencers' creative freedom within the agreed Campaign parameters

7. Payments and Fees

Our payment terms include:

  • Businesses are responsible for paying Influencers for completed Campaigns
  • We may charge service fees for using the Platform
  • All fees and payment terms will be clearly disclosed
  • Payments are processed through our secure payment system
  • We are not responsible for tax obligations related to payments

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Regarding intellectual property:

  • We own all rights to the Platform and its original content
  • Users retain ownership of their Content but grant us a license to use it for Platform purposes
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to post any Content
  • We may remove Content that violates these Terms or infringes on others' rights

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
